A Knights of Columbus roundtable is a smaller, specialized group within the council that focuses on specific interests or activities. These roundtables allow members to come together for focused discussions, service projects, or social events related to a particular need.

January 4th 2025 - The Knights of Columbus hosted our annual free Throw Championship as St. Matthew's Cathedral School Gym.
All the winners advanced to the District 10 Championship!
May 5th 2024 - The Knights of Columbus from our council held its semi-annual Tootsie Roll Drive. Knights gave out Tootsie Rolls after every Mass and collected Donations for "People with Special Needs.”
Thank you to the generous parishioners as a total of $625 was donated!
December 16th 2024 - The Knights of Columbus donated $1000 to St. Jude School’s Bessette Scholars program. This will help support their special needs program at the school..
March 22nd, 2025 - Aydan Grill, a Junior at the Marian HS KofC Club, became a 4th Degree Knight at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral in Indianapolis. He is a 2nd generation Sir Knight and 2nd generation Marian Knight.
February 22nd, 2025 - The Marian HS KofC Club raised funds through the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Indiana at Four Winds Fields in South Bend. Juniors Aydan Grill (3rd Degree Knight), Sam Curylo, Preston Scheu along with Alum ’00 Ryan Grill (State Advocate) combined to raise $1796.
Sam and Ryan were able to take the plunge in the ice cold water!
January 15th, 2025 - Aydan Grill, a Junior at the Marian HS KofC Club, became a 3rd Degree Knight on his 18th birthday at St. Joseph Church in Mishawaka. Aydan is a 2nd generation Knight. He is the youngest son of Ryan Grill a member of Council 5521. His older brother Landon Grill was a charter member of the Marian HS KofC Club and is a current member of Council 5521.
October 18th 2024 - The Knights of Columbus from our council held its inaugural annual Tootsie Roll Drive During the Marian HS Football game. Knights gave out Tootsie Rolls as fans entered by the gates and collected free-will Donations for the "Special Needs Fund” which supports area organizations like Special Olympics Indiana, Reins for Life, etc.
Thank you to everyone who donated as a total of $214 was collected!
May 24th 2024 - After the Senior Mass today, 7 Marian HS Seniors went through a special Exemplification held outside at Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Thank you to the Knights who led the ceremony including 5521’s Eric Van Meter DD PFK PFN, Ryan Grill DD FN PGK, GK Rob Morgan & DGK Dave Watterson and 17947’s GK Dave Heidt.

May 16th 2024 - Landon Grill and Bryan Curylo were recognized at Marian High School's 2024 Scholarship Award for being the inaugural recipients of the Marian High School Knights of Columbus Seniors 2024 Faith in Action Scholarship Award!
Eric Van Meter, District Deputy 10, presented the award to Landon and Bryan during the event after highlighting a range of activities that both seniors volunteered at during this fraternal year.
Bryan volunteered 7 hours in various Faith in Action activities and Landon volunteered 30 hours in various Faith in Action activities.
May 13th 2024 - Landon Grill was recognized by Grand Knight Rob Morgan during the meeting with the Shining Armor Award!The Shining Armor Award is awarded when within a fraternal year a Knight:
1) Worked on 3 council Faith in Action programs
2) Attended at least 3 council meetings
3) Attend Exemplification
4) Met with council insurance representative or attended fraternal benefit night
5) Sponsored at least one new member
Landon joined the Knights on his 18th birthday last July and is a senior at Marian High School. He is the roundtable chairman for the Knights of Columbus club for male seniors at Marian HS. In his first fraternal year, he has volunteered 30+ hours in Faith in Action programs and has sponsored 5+ Knights, all 18yo Seniors at Marian HS.
